The hotel had clean and hygienic rooms but they were a bit far from the reception. The service was welcoming and friendly, although there were moments of rudeness. The location was lovely and perfect for relaxation. The dining experience lacked variety and quality. Overall, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with room for improvement in certain areas.
Staying at the fag end of the hotel at the back of the block, I found the rooms to be spacious and clean, although the shower setup was a bit inconvenient with a bath and a side shower curtain. The service at Gorband Palace was very caring, from the warm welcome to departure, and the staff was pretty co-operative and welcoming. The location, though overlooking a brick wall, was good, and the smiling greeting and helpful assistance added to the experience. The dining, with a good variety of Indian and continental dishes, was the best I had during my visit to Rajasthan.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, not right in the city crowd but close enough to access. However, there were issues with cleanliness and space in the rooms. The service was a bit inconsistent, with great efforts but some rudeness observed. The dining offered a decent variety, but the breakfast spread felt limited. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were generally satisfactory.
